What a marvelous boutique hotel. Such warm service. The location cannot be beat and the room was quite comfortable. I only gave a 9 on comfort because the room became quite hot in the August heat. The AC had a hard time keeping up and would shut off when we were out, so we had to cool the room off each time we returned. The hotel did provide a fan which c helped a lot. Overall, it was a minor inconvenience for an otherwise excellent stay.

We LOVED the hotel and will be back on our next visit to Paris. Only one suggestion: in the summer, please offer lighter bedding. The duvet was too hot!

Amazing location in the heart of Paris in a beautiful historical building with a private courtyard. Close to the metro, shops, and restaurants. Some elements in the hallways and bathrooms could use a little renovation but overall clean and beautiful. Beds were super comfortable. Great service.

Thank you to everyone for making our 25th anniversary trip a wonderful time! We loved staying at your hotel -- all of the staff were friendly and helpful. The room and bed were very comfortable and lovely. Everything was extremely clean. The breakfast was tasty. The whole hotel was beautiful! I wish I had asked his name, but a front desk staff member helped me log on to the complimentary computer when I needed to resolve an emergency that came up -- all good, and thank you. Thank to everyone at Hôtel du Jeu de Paume for a wonderful stay and visit to Paris. We hope to see you in the future!

Very welcoming staff who went out of their way to hold on to a hat we left in the room. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and felt special being able to stay on Ile Saint Louis. We also enjoyed being in the heart of Paris and close to monuments and tasty restaurants. The room was clean and well equipped for a conference call with work back in the US.

En général positif, sauf le petit déjeuner qui n’était pas au niveau ****. Il manquait surtout du bon café et du cappuccino ainsi qu’un service personnel (demander si on souhaite un café de la machine au lieu du café à « l’américaine »). De plus, les oeufs brouillés n’étaient pas bos et il manquait du bacon.
